Rental Information

Historic Harmony Hall Community Center is available for a variety of events: 

Special Event Receptions, Parties, Dances, Concerts, Workshops. Lectures and social gatherings of all kinds. (See Hall Amenities, below.)

• Please download and review the Letter to Potential Users (below).   
• After contacting the Hall for a requested date, please download and fill out both the Rental Agreement and the Hold Harmless agreement if you wish to rent the Hall. 
• Scan both completed forms (or use your phone) and email an image of both completed forms to:  harmonyhallcharlton@gmail.com

• Small kitchen suitable for light prep or catered food 
•  Two 4'X8' movable stage sections (Hall member will move to where needed). Can be stacked for oversized table space.
• 70 wooden folding chairs (plus a few metal folding chairs); 1 long bench along the side wall
•  Eight 4' Large round tables 
• Four 3' Small round tables 
• 25' by 50' usable floor space
• Two bathrooms, handicap accessible (in side hall)
• Handicap access via back door (at handicap parking spots)
• Coat rack in the side hallway
• Off-street parking in mowed grass field
